NAC kept us well informed of progress in repairing our RangeMaster Cooker, the engineer Dylan was a very courteous, efficient and thorough, Engineer. Attend on two separate occasions at no extra cost, we had to source the Part required to complete the job. Thankfully the cooker is fully operational now.

The lady was lovely and helpful and booked my washing machine repair in for the next day and answered my questions and she told me openly about the price which is £75 for a repair plus parts (hopefully not 😂) but yeah up to now a great company with a easy booking process and great customer services.

Our Siemens dish washer developed a fault – the washing cycle would not go to completion. Being new to the area, having removed from the USA, we had no knowledge or experience of local repair services.
A Google search specifying Siemens yielded NAC.
Their website information appeared clear and factual. The on line booking system was simple and the cost was clear. I liked the way the charge would be for call out and, if possible, fix the problem without any time of stay limit.
As promised, the engineer called ahead. He was business like and polite. He appeared to have with him all the kit needed to explore the problem. He worked on it for 90 minutes, gave us helpful advice, explained that intermittent stoppages are very difficult. Told us that should it happen again soon, leave the appliance in the state at the time it stopped and call him to come. There would be no further call out charge.
This was an excellent experience and matched the best services we had experienced in over 30 years in the USA.
I recommend this company without hesitation.
