Maria was most helpful and friendly to speak to and immediately sorted out an appointment in 2 days time for a dishwasher repair. She gave me all the info on the cost and details of notification on the visit.
The phone was answered quickly and politely and the lady (Yvonne)was very helpful with my enquiry and arranged for the engineer to come as soon as possible
