I found NAC when searching for someone to look at our (10+ year old) dishwasher which broke a week before we were due to go away.
From the moment NAC answered the phone they were efficient, friendly, professional and the communication was excellent. Our engineer, Max was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem rapidly despite the fact we knew nothing about our machine which we’d inherited from previous owners. He ordered a new part and returned as promised within 5 days to fit it. He also made a small repair to the fixing of the machine which was totally above and beyond the call of duty. He is an exemplary ambassador for the company and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending NAC very highly.

The engineer arrived in a timely manner and was polite and professional. Despite not being able to fix the dishwasher first time, he went away and consulted a miele engineer and other colleagues. we were kept in the loop at all times. The part suggested fixed the dishwasher. very pleased!

Christopher, the engineer who came to repair my washing machine was a helpful, professional, friendly, well mannered young man. He worked out what the problem was in seconds the proceeded to fix it very efficiently, asking for a towel to soak up any water spillages, leaving my utility room as he found it. I particularly liked that Christopher contacted me to say he was running a little late, but would be with me at an approximate time. Excellent service all round from your Company. I would definitely use your services again and recommend you to others.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were kept fully informed at all times & the engineer was very professional, knowledgeable & polite.

My NEFF dishwasher broke down and we toyed with the idea of just getting a new one but I opted for NAC to come fix it. From start to finish, the process was simple. The engineer was friendly and worked efficiently to fix my machine. Parts had to be ordered but it only took a couple of days for the engineer to come back. Overall a great experience and cheaper than buying a new one.

My grill started to trip the fuse on my electrics. Repair man was with me within 24 hours, assessed the problem and fitted new grill parts. Everything has worked perfectly since and charge for service was very reasonable. He said that he does all white goods and I would certainly use again if any of my appliances are causing problems.

Engineer was terrific. Efficient and knowledgeable. Sadly the fridge freezer was destined for the great scrapheap in the sky, but engineer laid out realistic options without fuss.

First rate service. I phoned to book an engineer and I was offered an appointment on the same day. He was thorough and soon discovered the problem. IT WAS ME . I WAS PUSHING THE WRONG BUTTONS.
