Great communication engineer very helpful

I needed my Samsung fridge/freezer repairing due to build up of ice. It was very quick and easy to book the engineer and communications with regards the timing of the appointment were excellent. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable and solved the problem I had. I would certainly use this company again.

Very happy with NAC, friendly and experienced engineer who was able to identify the issue were were having very quickly. No expensive checks or tests to try to find out the problem might be.Just good customer service, clear and concise messaging. And overall an engineer who knew what he was doing from the outset
