A good reliable service

Great service and repair of our Fridge/Freezer, by a most competent and experienced engineers. He understood the fault immediately and set about sorting it out. Fridge/Freezer then ran up for a few minutes all tested, and re-assembled. Greta job. Also technician was very tidy, and cleaned up everywhere after his work. Very satisfied with the service/repair works.

The engineer turned up on time and fixed it there and then.

Great customer service and knowledgeable and professional technician. They identified the problem within minutes and advised repair was possible.
The spare part was ordered and arrived in the stated timeframe. A repair appointment was issued to suit my work schedule and when the technician arrived first thing he was able to fit the part within 30 minutes.
Well worth the call out fee and part payment.

My freezer door was accidentally left open overnight. The motor was still running, but noisily. I had a visit the same day from a technician who inspected the freezer and told me it would ‘live’.
He started the defrost process, removed all the drawers and shelves which he replaced after I’d washed them. He also tested the electrics and advised me to get back to the firm if there were any further problems. I lost most of the food but even taking into consideration the call out fee, it was still cheaper than having to buy a new freezer.

It was very easy and simple to book an appointment, the engineer provided great customer service and the prices for inspection, labour and parts were reasonable would use this company again in the future 😀
