Alasdair was professional, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem immediately and explained the next steps simply and clearly. He returned with the replacement parts as agreed and did an excellent job which rectified the issue, recommended.

Nick had been before to fix an issue. Once again, he knew immediately what the problem was and fixed my fridge very quickly, fully explaining the issue and giving some tips about other things in the kitchen. Plus humour!! NAC are my first choice

Really efficient very friendly and attention to detail however I’m not particularly comfortable with using subcontractors as the price as always higher using the middleman so I will obviously try and get other quotes first before making a commitment however I’m saying that very easy and friendly Call and very helpful from the lady I spoke to
