James the engineer was very professional he explained what the issue was. Had to wait for a part which came very quickly and he returned to fit it quickly and efficiently would recommend the company.

The customer service is excellent and very efficient, I had an engineer appointed to me within 24 hours and the Engineer himself, Steve from Debonnaire appliance repairs was very supportive and gave good advice which we will be considering. The gas engineer was very professional and explained what had caused the problem and what parts were required. These were ordered and, once they had arrived, a new appointment was arranged. The engineer telephoned to confirm the second visit and came at the specified time. No mess was left after the repair. Overall, we were delighted.

Fabulous service from NAC. We had tried to get our hob repaired with Electrolux for 7 weeks to no avail so decided to look to an external company to sort it for us. Very helpful over the phone and gave us a link to order the correct part. Once the part had arrived we called and they sent a technician the very same day to get it sorted out! Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much easier! We are very happy with the service provided and will not hesitate to recommend and use you again in the future.
After the fridge part of our upright stopped working i contacted NAC as they offer a same/next day service which, to me, is important when it comes to a fridge. I was contacted by a gentleman called Colin who, after asking various questions, advised he was fairly sure of what the problem was. He was unable to attend the next day as a part needed to be ordered and with it being a Friday the earliest he could be with us was Monday. I was at work on the Monday but my partner who met Colin when he arrived early on the Monday said that he was a very nice chap and very quickly solved the problem. I would highly recommend NAC to anyone!
