Absolutely bang on, was obviously expecting the worst after the washer stopped working, rang these guys up (Yvonne was lovely btw) couple of days later, fella came out, sorted the problem in 30 mins, shown me what the cause was, and how to avoid it in the future! Only bad thing was that he was a Liverpool supporter! (Although one of the nicer ones, I’ll admit 🤣)
