I booked online, which gave me a date of 12/7/24. I then received a call from the engineer asking if I wanted the work done earlier in the week 9/7/24. Great, I could get my washing machine fixed earlier.
The engineer arrived onetime and was able to fix the issue immediately.

Gave us a 3-hr timeslot in advance, arrived on time, very efficient and helpful. He was able to repair our aging dishwasher, whereas I’m sure other contractors would simply have said the part is obsolete- get a new dishwasher!
They did what they promised and turned up when they said they would. Very responsive – even called on a Sunday to ask to visit the next day. I also liked the fixed-price for labour.

Got appointment booked and was fixing the washing machine by 9am the following morning. Guy was quick friendly and washing machine sorted. Easy to book. Local firm based in Leeds came out. Can’t fault process or service.

Very polite on time the only bad thing was the expense of being there less than 10 mins to find out the appliance was not fit for repair otherwise I would call them any time
