Engineer came and fixed the cooker. Found the correct part and the info he needed to fix it in a 20 year old cooker. Hopefully it will last another 20 years
The problem with our NEFF dishwasher was sorted in no time. A very experienced repair man was courteous and knowledgeable. He is top of the list to call on next time if necessary.
Communication from NAC and engineer excellent. Engineer very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Would certainly use NAC again .
The NAC service was excellent. My washing machine stopped working and NAC promptly sent a technician out. The technician was friendly, professional and was able to to fix the problem right there on the spot without ordering any additional parts. I would definitely recommend this service.

NAC provided a brilliant service. My wife was in panic because she had dropped milk on her new sliding door in her NEFF cooker which had leaked between the glass doors. NAC replied immediately. I was able to select a day convenient to us for their repair man to respond. He was brilliant. The cooker door was returned to its original new appearance and above all my wife is happy. That is the most important thing to a distressed husband.
