No complaints. Paul (engineer) explained what was wrong with the cooker, got straight on it, I now have a oven that works.

Rec eptionist understood the problem and arranged early call by engineer. Mikey was very helpful but explained that owing to the age of the dishwasher not all the necessary spares were available. He cleaned up the results of a leakage before leaving.
