My 8 year old Hotpoint 50/50 fridge freezer suddenly stopped freezing food this week. NAC engineer Nick Murray came out very quickly and re gassed it for me.He said that there was no guarantee that it would work but a HUGE relief this morning, it is working fine again.I realise that it may not last long but hopefully it may save the great expense of a new one just yet.
Technician was very efficient, professional and helpful.

Superb service from start to finish. The telephone experience was very efficient, friendly and courteous and NAC did exactly what was needed and what they promised. The engineer, Alex Hadley was also friendly but polite and obviously knew what’s he was doing and I would have no hesitation in using them again
