Excellent service from start to finish. The Engineer came reviewed the issue on our combination oven/microwave. He explained exactly what the problem was. He did his best to fix it but we required new parts. He sent the list of parts that were required to the company and within an hour a quotation was received. we accepted and another appointment was made. Firstly the NAC repair man let me know when he would arrive, then got straight on with the job – finding out what had stopped my washing machine working.
On his second visit, the same, and he’d brought the new pump, and fitted it straightaway, then tested it. I have no complaints, the service was exactly what I’d hoped for!
