They were really easy to deal with and were able to fit the appointment round my schedule. Nathan, who came to repair my washer/dryer, was really friendly and very competent. He tidied up after himself and took the time to explain how I could prevent the issue happening again. He’s an asset to the company. I will definitely use them again if I need a repair.

Having looked at a couple of competitors, including locals, I found the price and pricing structure competitive and the website was simple to use when I decided to book.
I was quickly told how I would be notified about the appointment and this worked – a message the night before giving a time window and a message on the morning giving a fairly precise timing.
The engineer was polite and sociable. The job was completed quickly with no fuss and no mess. There was absolutely no attempt to increase the scope and price of the job. Excellent all round.
I was able to choose the day of my visit and received a text the day before letting me know the time slot when the engineer would arrive. The engineer arrived promptly at the beginningof the time slot. He was friendly, professional and located the problem with my washer-dryer quickly. He fixed the problem efficiently and cleanly.
