Phoned them about my faulty washer dryer, spoke to very helpful and pleasant Vicky, who booked me for repairs 3 days later and told me it can be earlier if there are any cancellations and if I wish to have the repairs earlier. Waiting for engineers to come and fix my washer dryer. Thank you
