Phoned up for tumble dryer repair, very nice helpful lady answered the phone, she said we can get an engineer out to you the next day but we were busy so Monday was booked for us, he gave us a window of time and was here well into that time frame. he came. Very nice chap Michael, he knew straight away what
the problem was. Said it needed a new part which he’s ordered.
