Excellent and prompt response and service in answer to my query re possible repair of an ageing Cannon range cooker. The third company I had contacted and the only one that was able to give me next day service and to actually try hard to repair it-and they did! Paul, the engineer(with his partner) worked so hard on the cooker and miraculously managed to replace both the element and thermostat to get the cooker working again. Such brilliant dedication to the job in hand. I am so impressed and grateful.

Maria answered my call, she listened intently to my problem, explained the procedure in detail, booked me in for a date for an engineer to visit that was convenient for me, explaining that he would call the evening prior to the date, which he did. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, needed a part, which he ordered promptly, again date given for his next visit, arrived on time, job done. I would not hesitate to use this company again, excellent communication, thank you.

Excellent service both by Robert, the engineer, who fixed an initial issue with our dishwasher and then replaced parts and from the efficient communication with NAC. Everyone we were in touch with was pleasant and helpful and Robert’s expertise was matched by his friendly manner, his attention to detail and his tidy way of working.
