I was very impressed by the way I was contacted, very quickly and confirmed when the engineer was about to arrive. The engineer arrived on time and was very polite and honest with regard to the repair of my oven which turned out to be minor. I was very pleased with him and the outcome of the repair.

The fault was minor as it turned out and the engineer showed us that a wire had come Lose and he showed us as he clipped it back on. How many technicians invent something and charge us for unnecessary parts or spend a little longer pretending it was a bigger job? Not with NAC. We paid the basic call out charge from a good and honest workman. Will use again.
