Polite quick and pleasant experience with Connor.

Vicky was polite, friendly and efficient.The repair was booked for the 27th as I was going away for a few days, the engineer called 10 mins later said he was in the vicinity and could be with me in 5mins, 20 minutes me later all fixed and washing able to finish. Good quick repair. Happy bunny.

Excellent service and very primpt

Initially the phone was answered by Charlotte who was very pleasant and helpful. No having to select options or listen to music. The Engineer, Leton, came the next day. Fixed the problem. Again was friendly and helpful. Have saved the number as I will certainly go there again if we have any more problems. Thanks

Got to the source of the problem and seems to be working fine now.

Arrived on time and very polite.The problem fixed itself while the engineer was here. I’ll wait to see if the problem comes back.
Being a pensioner I found it bit pricey.
Seems like a good company they do keep you informed.

The engineer was extremely helpful and knew what the problem was immediately and also left me with the means to stop it happening again. I couldn’t be more pleased. The Company arranged his visit swiftly and at a reasonable price.

Very good service, the employee came back with the information we needed to consider a repair within 24 hours. He knew that the repair would be expensive and, as we expected, the cost of repair on an old machine proved to be prohibitive. He kindly confirmed this by suggesting the cost and availability of a new machine.
