One telephone call to a human set up a quick response to the failure of our ceramic hob. Call out quote accepted and paid. Immediate email confirmation. Telephoned parameters of engineer’s arrival were accurate. Their engineers advise when on the way. The very personable Craig arrived on time. He quickly sorted out the problem, including pulling out a drawer under the hob that we were unable to remove. Treated us with respect (in our 80s) but made sure that we understood everything he had done and to call again if there were any future problems; dealt with necessary report quickly on his mobile – it would have been paperwork in my day! – and left everything in apple pie order. Could not fault the experience.
