I called them up after my Kenwood Freezer developed an electrical issue. I tried calling Kenwood, but always redirected to Currys!. I was a bit anxious about using a company I have never heard of, but my experience was amazing! I called to book an appointment, I got a confirmation text then call from the engineer that day.
The Engineer arrived within the time period quoted and fixed the problem there and then. He was polite, professional and tidy. I would definitely use this company again. 5 star experience. They saved me buying a new freezer!

Called to get quote and appointment for fridge freezer repair. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t give me appointment until the following Monday so chose someone else who could come out quicker.
