Your man Dave was amazing he basically had to rebuild and replace screws and wiring he wasn’t sure he could fix what should have been a simple element replacement. He did and didn’t do the huff and puff routine. What an amazing guy. Thank you.

The company were very quick to book my appointment and I had an engineer the same day. The part was inexpensive and rebooking was very straightforward via text. I had to call customer service and again they were quick to answer an resolved my query at first point of contact.
