Our experience with NAC was brilliant. Our American fridge freezer started making a horrendous sound over the weekend. I found NACs number via a google search and called. A very friendly helpful lady answered the phone asked what the problem was and said they would be able to help and that an engineer would be able to come on Monday. I was informed of the call out charge which included labour and was asked to pay that over the phone there and then and told the only extra that I would have to pay for would be any parts required when the engineer came out. I was sent an email on Sunday evening telling me when the engineer would be arriving and true to their word I was called around 10 minutes before the engineers arrival to say he was nearly at my home. The engineer listened to what the problem was and did a couple of interim checks and then removed the ice dispenser in the door. He couldn’t see anything wrong put took it apart and put it back together, replaced it and tested hey presto no horrible noise and the ice maker dispensing as normal!! He explained what he had done and said it wasn’t obvious what had happened but him dismantling and putting back together seemed to have done the trick. No parts required so everything was back working quietly within 45 minutes- thanks so much, nice to know there is a reliable and friendly company out there – thanks so much!
