The engineer was helpful and courteous. He explained that as I’d removed the ice bucket he needed to reset the computer and see if that worked. Unfortunately it didn’t so the following day I called to order the part. The very best part of this experience with this company is that when making the calls you actually get to speak to another human being without all the “press for options” then if you’re lucky you speak to a robot! Both calls I’ve made were answered swiftly and courteously. So refreshing.

Very quick, clear response. Now I just have to hope the engineer can find the electrical problem with my dishwasher. If he solves it, that will be much cheaper and more environmentally friendly than trashing it and buying a new one.
