The engineer (John) turned up on time and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and explained what he believed to be the problem to be, he advised that we would need a part. He emailed a quote that same evening, we agreed the quote and the part was promptly ordered. He then rang us a few days later to ask if he could pop in to fit the new part as he was in our area, he arrived and soon found that the new part was not required and would therefore return it at no cost to ourselves.
We would definitely use NAC if we required this sort of repair and we would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.
