Got to the source of the problem and seems to be working fine now.

The engineer was extremely helpful and knew what the problem was immediately and also left me with the means to stop it happening again. I couldn’t be more pleased. The Company arranged his visit swiftly and at a reasonable price.
Very good service, the employee came back with the information we needed to consider a repair within 24 hours. He knew that the repair would be expensive and, as we expected, the cost of repair on an old machine proved to be prohibitive. He kindly confirmed this by suggesting the cost and availability of a new machine.

My call was answered by a helpful person called Yvonne. She took my curtails and the details of my appliance and reassured me that she would be able to help.
She added that an engineer would ring me to inform me of his eta tomorrow when he would come to mend my washer. He would need a £70 cash call out fee. Just perfect. Super efficient.

Very easy to make service appointment for our LG Washer, offered a variety of dates and times, engineer was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and made lots of tests on our machine, soon found the problem and fixed it, then did a full electrical test to make sure nothing else wrong, Great Service!
