Very friendly man. Rang when he was on the way, was on time. Very helpful

American style fridge freezer faulty, arranged engineer, identified problem, bypassed the faulty part temporarily (it was the frost-free heater inside fridge), sent part quote through, paid online and once part arrived NAC arranged engineer to revisit, fit part and fix problem. All done with spot on communications and at a fair price.

Great communication from NAC and the Engineer Paul, which we appreciated very much.
Appointment was made and our problem was resolved.

The engineer arrived on time and whilst the washing machine was built in and the surrounding framework had swollen due to a long standing leak, he managed to get it out.
It was a new property to me and quickly found the hole in the hose and replaced it.
