First I spoke to Yvonne, she was helpful, polite & efficient & she fully explained how their repairs worked.
The repair man came 2 days later so polite, efficient & he worked hard until the problem was fixed. He explained what he had found & that it was all sorted out. His polite demeanor immediately made me feel safe & trustworthy two very important factors when you live on your own with a small daughter.
The cost was really good & I will ensure I inform family & friends of the company & great service.
