Kept getting fobbed of by LG repair team. So decided to look for local independent washing machine repair service. Came across NAC based in Chester rang up spoke to Becky explained my situation waiting 5 weeks for LG to send an engineer to fix my 9 month old washing machine and my frustration of waiting so long. She was great. Spoke to her on Friday and she managed to arrange for an engineer to call on Tuesday. Hopefully my husband can now have some clean undies by Tuesday night instead of buying new ones .
