Contacting NAC was simple and appointment was quick. Clean, efficient engineer who was polite and able to explain the issue quickly.
ETA times given, able to book timeframes. Engineer and control room give updates on times. Excellent service. I would recommend 100%.

My contact was with Kate in Customer Services. She was very helpful and professional in explaining the costs etc for booking an engineer to repair my tumble dryer.
I found it more helpful speaking to someone in person than booking the engineer online as I received more information(in my opinion)

Arrived promptly in allotted time frame. Assessed and dealt with the problem. Gave advice on how to prevent the problem reoccurring. Made useful comments about the age and wear of the machine. One tiny negative – the engineer did say that my machine’s capacity is 7kg which includes laundry and water which is not the case.
This is the second time we have used NAC or more directly the services of the NAC technician, Robert Hill. I confess to being a do-it-your-selfer but there is little I can do with appliances beyond the obvious. Robert happily lets me watch him work at the repairs. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick. I also really appreciate NAC’s communications. The one suggestion I would have is that you can select multiple appliances when booking a repair.
