From reporting the issue by telephone and completion of the job everything ran smoothly. An engineer was allocated quickly and arrived on the day and time agreed. He diagnosed the issue and advised of the likely fix but also highlighted another potential outcome and any cost associated should that be the case. A part had to be ordered and a return visit arranged. No extra costs arose from the second visit. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Kept informed about timing. Unfortunately fridge could not be repaired but was happy with engineer’s opinion and advice.
Ours is very unusual as our gas hob could not repaired, despite the efforts of the repairer. He spent a lot of time trying to get the burner working and explained fully the problem and that it was not possible to get a spare part as discontinued. He did say, however, that there was a chance that he may in the future get this part from a disposed hob and would keep our details on file.
