Kate was really helpful, friendly and had an engineer booked really quickly. She explained costs clearly and the whole experience put my mind at ease.

Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish. It was easy to get a booking, we were given good notice of time of arrival, the team worked quickly to sort out the problem with the dishwasher, and the price was reasonable.

Our engineer was on time and polite. He listened while I explained the problem and he then did some tests and established the fault was not with the extractor fan but with the outside cover. He also explained that, due to the age of the appliance (12+ years) if we had needed a new motor it was not now available. Although it was a basic fix, it was outside of our abilities and I was happy to pay for our lovely engineer’s knowledge.

Engineer on time. Knew his job and was sociable too. Fixed the dryer and explained the workings. What let the company down was it taking two months from paying for parts to finally getting job done. Told it was a delay in getting parts which was true and a reasonable reason but two months is too long. No updates. Had to chase. If only the office staff were as good as the engineer
Very efficient service using text that even an 80 year old can follow! Dylan came and found the problem with the fridge/freezer. Able to preserve the frozen food thank goodness. He returned about 10 days later with the new part. Can highly recommend.
