Really helpful service and problem was solved quickly.

Great service, friendly call center and appliance engineer was local and great. We had an Bosch induction hob come up with an error msg so no cooking hob over the bank holiday weekend. Engineer came out next day, confirmed what we feared that it was dead and fitted a new one which we’d then bought on the next working day. Really impressed!
