Moved into a new house and the integrated microwave was not working at all. I have used NAC before and this reminded me why. I spoke to Vicky who was great, friendly, straight to the point and got an engineer booked for the next day. Vicky explained all costs, which were cheaper than anywhere else may I add and the confirmations came through immediately. Fantastic service.
Excellent repair, friendly helpful service
I was very impressed with the company NAC. I was having trouble with the electrical programme panel on my dishwasher. They quickly put me in touch with an electrician in my area. He tried very hard to reset it but having a crack in the panel suggested that I needed to purchase a new Dishwasher. A very pleasant engineer.
It was easy to book an appointment and the engineer came promptly.
Engineer was polite and got on with the job quickly. To get to the faulty switch meant he had to get the top and front of the range apart, and check everything as he put it all back together. now working fine.

The gentleman who came to check my cooker was lovely. He was very efficient, did a great job and I was a very happy customer.
The engineer was prompt, friendly, helpful and most of all honest. He told us our fridge freezer was terminal.
After LG refused to help fix our 7 year fridge I turned to the internet after the water dispenser switch failed to work. Finding NAC the fixed price call out seemed attractive. Leton came out quickly and was very communicative prior to the visit. On the day Leton could not have been better- friendly, fast, tidy and effective. The issue was fixed really quickly and since the fridge has been perfect!! We’ll be using NAC the next time an appliance goes wrong in the house (that I can’t fix myself!!).
