Appointment date was arranged with ease. . The date for repair visit suits me nicely for I don’t have to wait too long. The receptionist was polite, helpful and professional.

Very helpful advice although the serviceman was unable to repair the fault on my oven

Very happy with the service. They first offered me an appointment in 2 days but when I said I wasn’t available they found me one the next day. It was £6 more for the call out fee but they were clear about this. The person they spent out to do the fix was quick and friendly. He fixed the issue and the additional charge for the part was very reasonable. I’d definitely use NAC again.
