The service that you gave us was very good, and your fitter (Casey Stark) was a pleasure to have in our house, was very patient, and got the dishwasher fixed in the end after a few problems, all in all a very good service, would recommend.

I booked an appointment online for my washing machine to be repaired and was contacts the next day to make an appointment. Engineer came out quickly, great communication as to when he’d arrive, price was given upfront and was very reasonable. I felt the engineer was professional and honest when dealing with the issue. Having rung a different company and been told I would have to wait a week for a repair I found you guys , wow what a difference lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful explained what problem was with my dishwasher and was given an appointment for next day ,Engineer was great too arrived on time and sorted machine in less than ten minutes Will definitely recommend to friends and family
