Repair to gas ignition on oven
They came out offered some advise that was helpful then arranged for a gas engineer to come instead who could complete the repair. They did not charge for the initial visit where advise was given but he was an electrician so couldn’t complete the repair.

I needed a Bosch over engineer when my airbnb guest was having trouble. Next day call out, arrived when he said he would and gave me reassurance.

My fridge needed to be repaired and this company dealt with the problem in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the service I have received from NAC in fixing my RangeMaster cooker has been exemplary.
After being badly letdown & ghosted by a local tradesperson who visited and never returned , and after receiving little help from Rangemaster itself; when contacting them for a technician to visit I thankfully found NAC repair.
The whole process in booking an engineer was amazingly smooth. Communication from the booking team throughout this procedure was comprehensive, and I was lucky enough to have an engineer visit less than a week after my call.
Throughout the whole process I received texts and emails confirming timings, costings and confirmations.
Our engineer James Keith called ahead on arriving confirming an ETA and proceed to quickly find two faults with my cooker.
This was then sent to me as a quote within the hour if I wish to proceed with the parts being ordered and less than two weeks later James was back again to fit these. James also kindly gave me some advice on how to maintain my cooker.
I’ve been impressed by the great customer service I have received from this company and throughly recommend using them .
