The end result, unfortunately, was not a positive one. However, our engineer, Jack, was polite, helpful and arrived on time.
He explained everything to me and sent a follow up text with information to pass on to my husband about the faults of the machine.

I called NAC at 09:00 to report that my freezer had failed. I spoke with Vicky, who efficiently gathered the details then confirmed that the engineer would come out on the same day. To my astonishment, I received a call from the engineer within 15 minutes of the call and he arrived 15 minutes later!
The engineer then examined the freezer and then explained what he thought the problem was and explained the costs associated with the repair.
Within a couple of hours, my freezer was up and running again.
