Engineer arrived on time and was helpful and informative. Unfortunately the appliance was beyond repair.

Excellent response and call out. Experienced engineer who tested my washing machine and was able to advise and correct problem. Would definitely use NAC again for other household appliances.

Engineer found the problem straight away once built in gas/electric oven was lifted out of the housing. Gave me advice on what was required from a qualified electrician wh was needed to to correct the fault at the energy supply source.

Fast response within 24 working hours as I needed three new elements for my oven (that was five years old but not used for the last two thanks to an air fryer purchase) they were fitted exactly one week later after the new parts were delivered to NAC.
I would recommend NAC and will do business with them again when needed.
