Quick and very efficient service
The company were very quick to book my appointment and I had an engineer the same day. The part was inexpensive and rebooking was very straightforward via text. I had to call customer service and again they were quick to answer an resolved my query at first point of contact.
The first telephone call that I made was promptly answered by a helpful lady who arranged for an engineer who could attend the next day. He did so and fixed one of the two appliances which gone wrong (our dishwasher). It looks as if our extract fan is outdated and it is going to take time to see if the part is still available. He was knowledgeable and expert. Other websites may well be convenient for the promoters but are a very impersonal, computer-driven process which feels remote and impersonal.
Mark , the engineer was very professional, polite and immediately identified the problem and sorted those out. He was very honest in terms of extras needed and fitted those at very fair price. Very happy with the service

Engineer arrived on time. Identified the problem and advised I would be given a quote for parts required. I received an email the next day to say that the machine was uneconomical to repair due to amount of work needed and cost of parts. This is not surprising as the machine is 20years old!
