V easy to deal with and turned up on time. Was slightly disappointed with the time it took to get an “in stock” part for my cooker as was hoping for a faster service but regardless all went smoothly. On site guys polite and professional.
Reception and followup all good. Engineer Scott was excellent – polite, friendly, quick to identify faults in Smeg cooker and Bosch washing machine, then ordered parts. After parts received, they were fitted quickly. I thought the price for the spare parts in each case was very high though.
The call handler was super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions clearly and was able to book an appointment quickly for me
