The engineer Muj was very efficient and helpful. He kept me updated on his arrival time when he w delayed and arrived when expected. He inspected the machine and informed me what was wrong with it, and what choices I had. He was not pushy and able to repair the machine which was great. He kept me informed throughout the inspection pointing out the problems Excellent work well done
Engineer came and was really good explained the washing machine would cost more to repair so advised us to get a new one and that’s what we did .
