From start to finish, excellent service. We had tried a couple of local repair services which were really unhelpful but NAC were so helpful and the customer service was excellent. Booked in, arrived on time, no additional costs and really friendly. Won’t use anyone else from now on.
Bill contacted me as soon as I had put in my requested repair date, turned up as planned and carried out the replacement of the Hotpoint dishwasher heating element, in less than an hour. Great experience and will definitely use NAC again.

it was easy to contact NAC they quickly organised an engineer who contacted me direct and despite having to visit twice due to more things broken than first thought he ordered all the parts and came back within a few days after the parts had arrived and he had the oven working fully again i would recommend them and their engineers for getting g the job done quickly and with no fuss
