The service was very responsive, had my cooker looked at the same day as I phoned to report fault. Unfortunately it would have cost too much to repair, but very helpful to know that quickly.

Our engineer, Ian, responded quickly when I first got in contact and arranged a convenient appointmen. On the day, he called to let me know he was coming, arrived exactly when he said he would, then quickly and efficiently fixed the problem with the freezer. Very smooth process, would use again!
The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and helpful. He was able to plan an engineers appointment and gave me details regarding costs etc.
