Warm greeting introduced herself by name. Asked about the problem and listened as I gave the answer. Gave the cost and explained about extra cost if parts needed. Vicky was able to book my repair in the same day I called which was great. This call was very professional and to the point, perfect.
Was called back and informed that the engineer couldn’t fit us in today but could fit us in next week which wasn’t convenient so had to cancel this. Shame really.

Great communication they kept me informed about everything they were going to do. Who the engineer was, what time he would arrive etc. The engineer knew exactly what was wrong and gave me some options regarding the repair. Great service all round
Great service from start to finish. Booking engineer was simple, came at time booked and diagnosed problem then explained process. Part ordered and fitted within days. Cannot fault them.
Maria was excellent and listened to what we needed regarding our fridge freezer after moving house. She also referred a query prior to the engineer coming out.
