Very efficient and prompt service

Repair person was prompt for the appointment. He was polite and thoroughly professional in his manner and got to the cause of the problem which he solved quickly. Washing machine now works again without leaking. Very pleased.

Efficient service from this company. Our Neff appliance failed and NAC sent out an excellent local repair man. The fault was quickly identified and needed a new part ordered. The repair was finished on a second visit.
It was good to know exactly what the cost of repair would be and we didn’t have to pay travel etc for the second one. So costs were accurate, reasonable and they stuck to contract.

The engineer was polite and friendly. He tried a number of things to identify the problem and eventually fixed it without the need for new parts. I was happy that I was only charged the call out fee.

My experience with you as a company has been fine up to a point! Your engineer who attended my call out has been extremely helpful and explained everything in detail so one will know if anything goes wrong in future. The problem has been getting appointments confirmed as my daughter is a teacher and cannot have her phone with her hence the reason why she was not able to confirm one of the call outs. Please give Kingston all the praise possible.

Very thorough check. Unfortunately appliance couldn’t be fixed.
