Alex turned up when he said he would, and made a practical working repair to my old machine to keep it going for longer. He cleaned the filter and serviced the machine. I was very happy with the work, thank you.

The engineer was very informative and professional. He kept me updated about his arrival time when he was delayed. On his arrival he was polite and professional outlining everything he was doing and why. He was very thorough and identified the problem quickly. He was able to repair the item and get the equipment back up and running. A pleasure to meet someone who knew what they were doing.

Highly recommend NAC Repair. I rang the team about a problem with my cooker. Charlotte handled my problem swiftly and managed to get me an appointment within a couple of days and was thorough taking the information on the call. AJ our assigned engineer actually rang back the same day to say he could come out and take a look. After diagnosing the problem he ordered the part and came back to fit over the weekend. Extremely pleased with the service and also can’t recommend AJ the engineer enough. Will be using this service again.
