Perfect experience dealing with Vicky (I failed the technical hurdle to review that call😩). Comms were perfect throughout. Ben couldn’t fix the hob issue because Neff won’t share the required software. Not his fault 👍. No hesitation recommending and calling on again should the need arise 👍

First time we have used this Company. it was for an expensive Samsung Washing Machine. They attended the same day and completed a diagnosis tracing to the Mother board which was ordered. This around 4 days to come from the Manufacturer and was fitted as soon as it arrived.

The diagnosis was spot on and the machine was back as good as new.

The customer experience was first class, from the first call, first visit really quick and friendly competent engineer who was the same one who came back to fit the parts and test so no need to explain the issues.

We have already recommended to friends and would use again.
