The lady on the phone was very helpful. She clearly explained their prices and booked a call-out for me.
The engineer was lovely. He checked and tested my washing machine and found a faulty pump. I paid the call-out charge. Soon after I received a quote for the replacement pump. I was happy with the price and sent the payment. The same engineer returned a week later, at no extra charge and fitted it. He even left me a years supply of washing machine cleaner.

Yvonne was absolutly brilliant on the phone, so very helpful caring and great to talk to to.

I found everyone to be very polite & helpful. The item was ordered very quickly & the engineer arrived very quickly after that. There were text messages throughout to keep me updated on what date & especially time of arrival. He was right on time & finished the job quickly & efficiently. I found the cost very fair. Thank you very much. Would use again without a doubt.

Excellent customer service in arranging a repair, on the day engineer was pleasant, helpful did a great job.

We contacted NAC as our washing machine was making an unusual noise, the person who took our call was extremely helpful and booked us an appointment for the same day. The engineer called us 30 minutes before he was due to arrive, when he arrived he was so efficient and extremely professional. He identified and fixed the issue and luckily enough we did not need any spare parts. I would not hesitate to recommend NAC as there response and service were exemplary.
