I called NAC at 09:00 to report that my freezer had failed. I spoke with Vicky, who efficiently gathered the details then confirmed that the engineer would come out on the same day. To my astonishment, I received a call from the engineer within 15 minutes of the call and he arrived 15 minutes later!

The engineer then examined the freezer and then explained what he thought the problem was and explained the costs associated with the repair.
Within a couple of hours, my freezer was up and running again.

I booked an appointment online for my washing machine to be repaired and was contacts the next day to make an appointment. Engineer came out quickly, great communication as to when he’d arrive, price was given upfront and was very reasonable. I felt the engineer was professional and honest when dealing with the issue. Would definitely use the company again
