A refreshing experience. Phone answered quickly, by someone who understood my request, followed up with engineer within a few days. He arrived when he said he would. Very polite and efficient. I wish all firms treated their customers as well as NAC.
Called to get quote and appointment for fridge freezer repair. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t give me appointment until the following Monday so chose someone else who could come out quicker.

Second time I’ve used NAC and will use again. The latest visit was arranged beforehand and the engineer came on time. The engineer was friendly, polite and took the time necessary to make sure I understood his diagnosis and proposed solution. The fact the call out fee was fixed regardless of time spent on the job gave me all the confidence I needed to choose NAC over other repair firms. Well done!
