The gentleman who came to check my cooker was lovely. He was very efficient, did a great job and I was a very happy customer.

The engineer was prompt, friendly, helpful and most of all honest. He told us our fridge freezer was terminal.

After LG refused to help fix our 7 year fridge I turned to the internet after the water dispenser switch failed to work. Finding NAC the fixed price call out seemed attractive. Leton came out quickly and was very communicative prior to the visit. On the day Leton could not have been better- friendly, fast, tidy and effective. The issue was fixed really quickly and since the fridge has been perfect!! We’ll be using NAC the next time an appliance goes wrong in the house (that I can’t fix myself!!).

A very good service provider, engineer visited within 24 hours, advised that new part would take a 2-3 working days to obtain, and was so. Part fitted the day after it was received. I was only without the dishwasher for 3 working days plus the weekend.
