James the engineer was punctual and professional there was nothing really wrong with the washing machine but the water tap had been turned off because it also connected to the garden hose which sometimes caused a leak
Excellent service provided by your engineer, who arrived as scheduled, found the fault rapidly, order the part, returning a few days later and fitted the new part, tested the machine etc, removing waste and leaving everything clean and tidy. and all working as new I recommend NAC Domestic Appliances Ltd and especially the engineer Charles S.
